Each issue of the Journal contains about 5 papers, depending on the size of papers.  The page limit of each issue is 100 pages.  A "special section" should contain 3 papers and an editorial introduction.  The length of each paper should be up to 6000 words.  If the papers are short, you could have 6 papers in the issue.  You may estimate at 400 words per page for IEL's journals.  As an Editor, please use the PaperLog.XLS to keep track of each paper's review progress and ask the reviewer to fill out the ReviewForm.DOC.
