Message from the APDSI President

Dear my DSI and APDSI colleagues and friends,

           It is my great pleasure that I welcome you to the 9th International DSI Conference, in conjunction with the 12th APDSI Conference! This year's joint conference will be held in the beautiful city of Bangkok , Thailand. I am especially delighted that the enlarged scale of the conference will mark another milestone of International DSI and APDSI conferences.

           The theme of the 9th International DSI and 12 th APDSI Conference is “Effective Decision Making through Knowledge Management.” I hope this conference will provide a resourceful venue for discussions and learning with regard to leveraging knowledge resources within and between organizations and helping firms to make efficient decisions.

            I believe this conference would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of the Conference Chair Anumongkol Sirivedhin and Program Co-chairs Lersan Bosuwan and Somboonwan Satyarakwit. I sincerely thank the members of the organizing committee and all those who have been involved in preparing for the conferences.

            Lastly, I would like to thank all those who are participating in the 9th International DSI Conference/12th APDSI Conference. I hope you enjoy your participation at the conference as well as your stay in Bangkok .
